A multi-agent engineering system that acts as a complete dev team, accessible on-the-go. A Tech Lead agent (Claude Opus) handles planning, spec writing, and task decomposition. Dev Agents (Claude Code) implement features, open PRs, and address review feedback autonomously. DB-as-coordination-layer, atomic workspace claims, webhook-driven feedback loops.

Role: Creator & Architect

A focused vocabulary app that teaches one professional word at a time. Users select categories, receive daily Claude-generated definitions and example sentences, and get push notifications on their schedule. Built as a real test of the ai-dev multi-agent system — shipped from blank repo to production beta in a matter of hours.

Production claims processing infrastructure at Alma (helloalma.com) — a mental health platform serving thousands of providers. Supports all major clearinghouses and payors, handles 100k+ claims per day, and covers the full submission lifecycle from eligibility to remittance.

Role: Lead Engineer · Alma

An agent-client relationship CRM for real estate, built around deal tracking with deep insights and closing collaboration. Brokers got a full deal pipeline; clients got a portal with visibility into their transactions. Launched, piloted for a year, and sunset.

Bought a small, outdated studio in New York and transformed it from scratch — demolition, cabinet installation, flooring, wall painting, and electrical work, all self-done. The bathroom was designed by me and executed by a contractor. Four months of failing, redoing, and not giving up.

Role: Owner & Builder

A link-in-bio tool built for turning clicks into business. Edit and preview in one place, easy customization, built-in CRM, and CTA placements designed to capture leads rather than just route traffic. Launched, ran for a year, and sunset. One user — a NYC dancer teaching classes — used Leadrr to find her first students and later said it helped her connect her business with her follower base.
